Thornhill Management Group, founded in 2007, is a full service management company aimed to to serve property owners, potential residents, and real estate investors in the Chattanooga area. Our comprehensive services are aimed to enhance your real estate experience. We’re guided by the principles of proficiency, integrity and efficacy.
Over the last fifteen years TMG has quietly grown to be one of the premier property management companies in the Chattanooga area, managing over 500 doors across multiple property types.
Our mission
When we started this company part of our mission was always to serve the underserved. Years later this is still a pillar of the company. We created a niche market that solely focused on increasing market valuation in the inner city of Chattanooga, which now provides homeowners and our residents more options. Preserving communities requires competent property management with a high degree of financial integrity and internal control to enhance an asset’s value and provide high quality services to residents, owners, and public and private stakeholders.
